    Responsible for business wide technical direction, system specification, and design sign-off. Relationship management of vendors a contractors. Day to day performance management of java development team. Day-to-day development of ruby and ruby on rails business systems including time sheeting systems, project management and performance reporting, work allocation, and web spidering in addition to integrating with java SOA development using web/REST services.

    Setting of company wide technical direction for Australia's largest outsourced provider of contact centre and computer telephony integration services. Relationship management and requirements gathering with clients across a range of sectors. Management of 50+ development team utilising a range of frameworks and languages including ASP, .Net, PHP and Genesys. Development of new company wide platform to integrate .Net clients with dynamic Ruby on Rails served client CRM systems. Development of wikis, content management systems, knowledge-bases, and associated information retrieval and classification systems.

  4. 1993 – 2005 Freelance Developer

    Onyx New Media; Melbourne

    Freelance consulting and development for primarily the legal industry. Development of content management, document generation, document management, business reporting and auditing systems. Developed one of the first GUI based HTML editors.
